Colours and types of Maine Coons
We work with a variety of colours including Black Smoke, Red, Red Smoke, Black Silver, Tabbies, and Tortoiseshells, as well as polydactyl and standard paw kittens.
Maine Coon Personality
Maine Coons are known for being very social, intelligent, and easygoing cats. They are highly trainable and quick to learn routines and simple commands. They can even fetch!
They are also naturally curious and adventurous. A lot of our graduates enjoy exploring outdoors safely and spending time observing everything around them.
Most of them are also very relaxed when it comes to travel as well!
Health and Genetic Testing
Health and responsible breeding are a key focus of our breeding program.
We use genetic testing through Optimal Selection and UC Davis to screen for HCM, PKDef, SMA, and a comprehensive genetic panel of markers.
Maine Coons, like all purebred cats, can carry genetic predispositions. Testing helps significantly reduce known risks and supports long-term health in our breeding program.
We take a transparent and responsible approach rather than making unrealistic guarantees. Our focus is on careful selection, line tracking, and early socialization to give each kitten the best possible start in life.
We go over our health practices in more detail during our video calls so families have a clear understanding of how our kittens are raised.
You can check the availability of our Maine Coon kittens below. We update this section regularly as kittens are reserved and new litters become available.
We recommend checking back often or joining our Litter Alerts if you are looking for a kitten in a specific timeframe.
How to Adopt a Maine Coon Kitten
First, you submit a kitten application so we can learn more about you and what you are looking for. Once reviewed, we will respond with available kittens or upcoming litters that may be a good fit.
If there is a potential match, we move to the next step – a video call and introduction. From there, once everything feels right for both sides, we proceed with reservation and preparation for go-home day.
We prioritize active families who want to stay updated on their kitten’s development and show early commitment, even before meeting their future furry family member.
We do not rush – the goal is always a stable, long-term match between kitten and family.
Video Calls
We offer video calls so families can meet us, the kittens, and the parents before making a decision.
During the video call, we show the kittens and their environment, introduce the parents, and talk through how they are raised. We also go over our health practices, diet, and socialization, and answer any questions directly.
We kindly ask that video calls are done from a calm, appropriate setting such as your home, not while driving, outdoors, or in busy environments. We also ask that enough time is set aside for the call, as shorter calls often do not allow enough time to go through everything properly.
Video calls help ensure transparency and give families confidence before moving forward with a reservation.
We appreciate every family that takes the time to get to know our Maine Coons and our approach to raising them.
